Sit Shamatha, Peaceful Abiding Meditation for 5-10 minutes.

After reciting each line, breathe a little more deeply 3-5 times to bring the fullness of the words deeply into your heart.
Feel the contemplation ride the breath.

  • I feel the Peace that is in me
  • That Peace is what I am
  • The body, mind and consciousness are Peace
  • I feel the Kindness that is in me
  • That Kindness is what I am
  • The body, mind and consciousness are Kindness
  • From Peace and Kindness flows Strength
  • I feel the Strength that is in me
  • That Strength is what I am
  • The body, mind and consciousness are Strength
  • All beings are Peace Kindness and Strength
  • I feel the consciousness energy within me flowing out to all beings
  • I feel the consciousness energy of all beings flowing into me
  • I feel the consciousness energy that connects all life

  • Let the energy of your conscious contact with all life remain with you
